BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Business Development & Sales Executive (Drones – Defence & Logistics) We are looking for a passionate and experienced Business Development & Sales Executive to drive B2B and institutional sales for our advanced Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), used in defence, surveillance, and drone logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to the defence procurement ecosystem, logistics networks, drone industry, and experience dealing with government, paramilitary, and corporate clients Location: Faridabad (HO) | All-India Travel | Defence Zones | Logistics Hubs Responsibilities: Identify and pursue business opportunities for drone sales in defence, paramilitary, disaster response, and drone logistics sectors. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders: DRDO, armed forces, logistics firms, PSUs, and private sector buyers. Handle government tendering process, EoIs, and RFPs, with documentation support. Organize drone demonstrations, field trials, and site visits. Coordinate with technical team for customization requests, payload integrations, and post-sale support. Represent the company at Aero India, Drone Expo, Logistics Summit, and other industry events. Track competitor offerings, customer feedback, and pricing trends for strategic inputs. Qualifications: Graduate in Engineering, Aviation, Defence Studies, or Business Experience 2–6 years of experience in drone sales, aerospace, defence marketing, or UAV tech Familiarity with DGCA, MoD, and Make in India defence procurement procedures is a strong plus Skills Required: Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience in technical sales or capital equipment selling Proposal writing, Excel/PowerPoint for client presentations Understanding of drone tech (range, payloads, endurance, compliance, etc.) Willingness to travel across India for demos & meetings Preferred Background: Prior work in defence sales, drone manufacturing firms, or aerospace startups Strong network within logistics & cargo delivery chains Exposure to BVLOS operations, drone delivery pilots, or defence field trials
