Company Description - Company Grethena Private Limited- IT Talent Hub- Location Chennai - Experience 3 Years - Salary As per market standards - Job Title Senior Sales Executive About us IT Talent Hub Grethena is a fast-growing UK based training company specializing in IT and AI career-focused training We help individuals upskill and launch careers in tech with hands-on learning and strong placement support We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our industry-leading IT training programs This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for helping individuals and businesses upskill through tailored IT education solutions Reports To The Senior DevOps Engineer will report to Line Manager Key Responsibilities - Proactively sell IT training programs to leads - Conduct cold calls and consistent follow-ups to engage leads and close sales - Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage leads track pipeline progress and log client interactions - Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs - Generate new leads via digital outreach professional networking and referrals - Effectively communicate the value outcomes and benefits of training programs to potential clients - Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns lead generation strategies and promotional initiatives - Maintain thorough and up-to-date records of all sales activities meetings and client feedback in the CRM system - Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction Skills Knowledge and Expertise - 3 years of Proven experience in IT training sales or edtech required - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Strong knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies - Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM - Comfortable with cold calling and outreach - Results-driven and confident in working toward monthly targets - Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Benefits - Competitive base salary - Commission based on sales - UK Shift - Opportunity to grow with a fast-paced tech-forward company - Flexibility of occasional work from home - Located in Prime location and Nice Office Location and Fun Friday s and Employer of the month vouchers ref updazz com
