Job Description

Location:- Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore

Desired Education and Working Experience

MBA/M Tech Industrial Engineering or Management /PG in Engineering or Statistics/ PhD in

Operations research / optimization domain

Hands on experience in Supply Chain areas like Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Planning,

Inventory Management, Logistics, Spend Analytics etc.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amount of data with

attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in BI Tools: Tableau/Power BI

Proficiency in Programming R/Python, SQL, MS Office, VBA

Job Profile:-

Supply Chain Analytics across the value chain

Responsibilities:-

Has worked in the Supply Chain Analytics space with hands on experience in area of Demand

Planning/Supply Planning/Inventory Management/Logistics/ Spend - Analytics and

Reporting:

Clearly understands the following areas with hands on work on at least 2-3 areas, incl but not limited to,

Sales and Operation Planning, Forecasting, Demand planning, Capacity Planning, Inventory management,

Supply Planning, Logistics, Spend and Procurement

Design Supply Chin Analytical solutions Define KPIs and metrics and develop BI solutions and reports

Participate in client meetings, workshops and understand supply chain situation/issues

Worked on Digital Transformation (data strategy incl orchestration, Governance, Architecture, BI to build

reporting/insights/analytics factory)

Has a mix of modeling & programming experience & led analytics solutioning and delivery

Having experience in modeling work for solving core business issues using forecasting, predictive

modeling, Machine learning / python / R will be an added advantage.

Visualization tools: Good to have exposure to BI application

Ability to learn different analytical tools as per business requirement

Good knowledge on various statistical forecasting and inventory optimization techniques

Design Supply Chain Analytical solutions Define KPIs and metrics and develop BI solutions

Handle large datasets Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using

statistical techniques and generate actionable insights

Work closely with global client multiple cross functional teams to identify business needs,

requirements and prioritize needs
