Desired Education and Working Experience

MBA/M Tech Industrial Engineering or Management /PG in Engineering or Statistics/ PhD in

Operations research / optimization domain

· Hands on experience in Supply Chain areas like Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Planning,

Inventory Management, Logistics, Spend Analytics etc.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amount of data with

attention to detail and accuracy

· Proficient in BI Tools: Tableau/Power BI

· Proficiency in Programming – R/Python, SQL, MS Office, VBA

Job Profile:-

Supply Chain Analytics across the value chain

Responsibilities:-

Has worked in the Supply Chain Analytics space with hands on experience in area of Demand

Planning/Supply Planning/Inventory Management/Logistics/ Spend - Analytics and

Reporting:

· Clearly understands the following areas with hands on work on at least 2-3 areas, incl but not limited to,

Sales and Operation Planning, Forecasting, Demand planning, Capacity Planning, Inventory management,

Supply Planning, Logistics, Spend and Procurement

· Design Supply Chin Analytical solutions – Define KPIs and metrics and develop BI solutions and reports

· Participate in client meetings, workshops and understand supply chain situation/issues

· Worked on Digital Transformation (data strategy incl orchestration, Governance, Architecture, BI to build

reporting/insights/analytics factory)

· Has a mix of modeling & programming experience & led analytics solutioning and delivery

· Having experience in modeling work for solving core business issues using forecasting, predictive

modeling, Machine learning / python / R will be an added advantage.

· Visualization tools: Good to have exposure to BI application

· Ability to learn different analytical tools as per business requirement

· Good knowledge on various statistical forecasting and inventory optimization techniques

· Design Supply Chain Analytical solutions – Define KPIs and metrics and develop BI solutions

· Handle large datasets – Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using

statistical techniques and generate actionable insights

· Work closely with global client multiple cross functional teams to identify business needs,

requirements and prioritize needs·
