Payments New integrations and OperationsJob Level DesignationM2Function DepartmentDigitalLocationMumbaiJob PurposeProduct Delivery Owner works closely with Digital Payment Lead for all new payment integrations as per the annual payment delivery plan and also manages the overall payment delivery operations across all channels Key Result Areas Accountabilities Digital Product Delivery Owner - Payments is responsible for all new payment integrations on the Vi app - payment methods new features direct payment integrations in line with the key strategic objectives to delivery best in class payment experience The role would require managing end-to-end delivery of the new integrations i e product requirement note and commercial approvals designs solutioning along with the tech teams ensuring QA compliance product launch communication to all internal teams and stakeholders tracking the performance and taking corrective actions Product owner will also have to actively engage and manage the relationships with payment aggregator s gateway partners on a weekly monthly basis discussing reviewing the KPI performances and corrective action plans for improvement in the payment success rates SR Product owner will also be responsible for managing the payment operations for all channels Tracking the payment traffic across all aggregators and routing the tracking via the set prority logics Managing the backend tech setup - configurations merchant id s etc Managing the customer refunds and chargeback process and ensuring 100 timely resolution - Managing the customer complaints and setting up processes for speedy resolution Engaging with Payment gateway partners for the consumer offers and campaigns and ensuring visibility across channels Managing the payment gateway partner related operational financial legal and commercial aspects along with the respective cross functional team Design thinking host empathy and ability to balance technology with a human touch will be critical for this role The role has the responsibility of working with relevant cross functional teams in Digital Delivery IT Sales Marketing product managers as well as external support agencies for end to end delivery Ensure Vi App payment journeys are best in class with continuous improvement and innovation Closely Work with cross functions teams like Finance Tax Commercial and Legal partnerships marketing etc and consumer digital delivery team members to deliver on all payment initiatives on Vi app KPIs Work towards providing best in class payment experience to consumer with a clear objective of delivering 80 Vi app payment success rates and ensure 100 operational excellence for payment delivery function Core Competencies Knowledge Experience Strong knowledge and understanding on digital payments landscape Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment Knowledge of Agile tools Good communication MIS and MS-excel skills Integrity and process oriented individual Ability to work effectively with and lead cross functional teams Must have technical professional qualifications MBA essential Minimum of 2 yrs relevant Product Owner experience with BFSI Fintech background Understanding concept of Agile ways of working Years of ExperienceMin 5-7 years experienceIndustries to look fromBFSI FintechIdeal Organizations to look fromBFSI Fintech companies incl startups Payment aggregators Card network companies digital banks payments banks or neo banks Direct reports-Vodafone Idea Limited formerly Idea Cellular Limited An Aditya Birla Group Vodafone partnership
