Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Front Line Sales Manager based in Bargarh, with some work from home flexibility. The Front Line Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales agents, developing and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and managing client relationships. The role includes monitoring market trends, training sales agents, providing customer feedback to upper management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills
- Experience in sales strategy development and execution
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of the insurance industry and regulatory requirements is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
