Restaurant Captain

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Captain to join our team The ideal candidate will ensure smooth restaurant operations deliver excellent guest service and lead the service staff effectively You will be responsible for coordinating between the guests kitchen and service team to provide a memorable dining experience Key Responsibilities Supervise and guide restaurant service staff during shifts Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest complaints professionally Take reservations greet and seat guests Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely food service Monitor cleanliness hygiene and safety standards in the restaurant Train and motivate staff to maintain service quality Assist in daily restaurant operations billing and reporting Requirements Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a supervisory role in F B Strong leadership communication and customer service skills Knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexible to work in shifts weekends and holidays Benefits Competitive salary Food accommodation if applicable Growth opportunities within the company Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
