- Coordinate with building maintenance for common area and floor repairs, ensuring smooth facility operations.
- Assist in maintaining HVAC and fire safety systems, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

- Participate in periodical training to enhance electrical proficiency and stay updated with the latest technology advancements.
