Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Sell Gold, Diamond, Platinum, and Silver products. - Manage and operate the sales counter. - Verify stocks/items received from the store room tally with the previous day's closing stock. - Display all items correctly as per the approved format, ensuring trays are filled without empty slots. - Maintain and keep the sales kit ready at all times. - Check the quality and quantity of products. - Handle customers independently and address their queries. - Attend to customers by providing refreshments such as cool drinks, tea, and coffee. - Manage customer reservations, modifications, cancellations, exchanges, and home deliveries. - Prepare estimates, inform customers of the correct purchase value, enter it in the counting slip, and hand it over to the cash counter personally. - Ensure a positive customer experience to encourage repeat visits to Khazana.
