Job Description

Job Summary

- Design and Development:
- Develop and implement SharePoint solutions to meet business requirements.
- Customize SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
- Integrate SharePoint with other Office 365 applications and third-party tools.
- System Integration:
- Ensure seamless integration of SharePoint with other enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain integration scripts and tools.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compatibility and performance.
- Maintenance and Support:
- Monitor SharePoint environments to ensure availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with the Microsoft CoE team to leverage best practices and new features.
- Document processes, configurations, and changes.
- Security and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain security best practices for SharePoint environments.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments.

What you ll bring to the role:

Requirements:

- Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.
- Proven experience with SharePoint Online and Office 365 integration.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and components.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate or equivalent is preferred.
