ABOUT THE TEAM:
Content management and content publishing. Create and update system architecture, configuration, system management, and system upgrade documentation. Manage, maintain and document SharePoint environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Make recommendations to management on system enhancements, upgrades and other life cycle changes required to meet the needs of a changing business and keep the environment up to date with industry standards and best practice.

Act as a project lead. Take part in business requirement analysis and map requirements to the environment. Implement appropriate controls as indicated by the business requirements (data retention, permissions, etc.).

Determine key performance indicators and implement monitoring to ensure service levels. Respond to support tickets including User Provisioning. Lead SharePoint migration efforts for RealPage acquisitions. Participate in the creating and maintaining ECM policies and documentation Perform Server and Site Level Administration Provide mentorship to team members.

Engineer should be willing to work in shifts, primarily during US business hours.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

- installing, configuring, deploying, and managing SharePoint.
- Lead the technical architecture for SharePoint/M365 targeted solutions and migration projects
- SharePoint Online support Responsible for handling SharePoint L1,L2 & L3 Admin activities
- MS Teams, Stream, Yammer & OneDrive for Business Administration & Support
- SharePoint, MS Teams, OneDrive and Large File Share servers Migrations to online & exp on tools - like ShareGate, MS Fast Track, Metalogix, AvePoint etc.,
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Governance and Administration
- Good experience on SharePoint Modern Intranet - Modern list and Libraries, out of box features, Search, etc
- Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of Client's/users processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required
- Good experience on MS Power Platform - PowerApps, Power Automate Development, Deployments to Production & support is must

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

- Experience administering core technologies upon which SharePoint depends: Windows Server, Internet Information Services (IIS), SQL Server, Active Directory, and networking infrastructure.
- Front-end experience working with SharePoint (2016, 2019, Online) features such as lists, libraries, pages, versioning, modern pages and UI vs. classic, calendars and Outlook integrations, conditional formatting in lists, managing large lists, storage quotas, managing permissions, master pages, InfoPath, workflows, Office 365 integrations, integration with Teams.
- Create and execute PowerShell scripts to perform admin tasks and reporting.
- Exhibits knowledge of software development industry.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, collaborate well within team.
- Demonstrates ability to work and conduct research independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across the technical team, as well as business partners.
