Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic SharePoint Administrator & Cloud DevOps Senior Engineer to be part of our global DevOps & Cloud Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing SharePoint environments, Azure cloud services, scripting (primarily PowerShell), and modern DevOps tools and practices. You will be instrumental in ensuring infrastructure reliability, automation, performance optimization, and CI/CD pipeline implementation across development lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

SharePoint Administration

• Perform end-to-end SharePoint system administration (server provisioning, configuration, troubleshooting, patch management).
• Troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint websites, libraries, workflows, permissions, and integrations.
• Work with IIS for hosting and managing SharePoint web applications.
• Maintain documentation for SharePoint configurations, operations, and procedures.

DevOps & Cloud Operations

• Lead design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure DevOps practices.
• Create, enhance, and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates , PowerShell, or equivalent tools.
• Manage Azure IaaS/PaaS/SaaS environments , including VMs, VNets, App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault, CDN, DNS, Logic Apps, and API Management.
• Monitor and optimize application and infrastructure performance; ensure uptime, availability, and failover.
• Own and automate end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Services .
• Implement best practices for deployment, monitoring, security, and compliance across environments.
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and application-level issues in collaboration with development and operations teams.
• Automate manual tasks and deployments to reduce operational overhead.

Required Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent field.
• Experience : 4–6 years in SharePoint administration and cloud DevOps engineering, with significant Azure experience.

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

• Strong knowledge of SharePoint administration and integration with web platforms.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps Services , including pipelines, repositories, and automation.
• Solid experience with Azure IaaS/PaaS services:
• Compute : Virtual Machines, VM sizing, App Services, Azure Functions
• Networking : VNet, Load Balancer, Traffic Manager, Application Gateway
• Storage & Data : Azure Storage Accounts, Azure Site Recovery
• Integration : Logic Apps, API Management, Key Vault, DNS, CDN
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server and IIS web hosting .
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools to manage deployment lifecycles across environments.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture, automation, reliability engineering , and infrastructure monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for both infrastructure and applications.

• Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Experience in agile development environments.
• Proven history of building and maintaining automated deployment pipelines .
• Knowledge of security best practices in CI/CD and cloud environments.
• Experience with application lifecycle management (ALM) and release orchestration using Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and concepts such as ARM templates , Terraform , or Bicep .
