Job Title : Senior Power Platform Specialist (SharePoint, Power BI & : 6 to 8 Years.

Employment Type : Full-Time (FTE).

Location : Pan India.

Job Summary :

We are hiring experienced Power Platform Specialists with a strong background in MS SharePoint, Power Automate, MS Lists, Power BI, and platform administration.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in designing and managing solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem, ensuring scalability, governance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

MS SharePoint :


- Design and manage modern SharePoint Online sites and team collaboration spaces.

- Develop custom workflows, site templates, lists, and document libraries.

Power Automate :


- Create and optimize business process automation workflows.

- Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and third-party APIs.

MS Lists :


- Build and manage structured lists for task tracking, data capture, and integration with Power Apps and SharePoint.

Power BI :


- Develop, publish, and manage interactive reports and dashboards.

- Implement row-level security, DAX measures, and scheduled refreshes.

Platform Administration :


- Administer Power Platform environments, monitor usage, manage licenses, security roles, and data policies.

- Troubleshoot technical issues, manage updates, and ensure compliance and data governance.

- Work with Microsoft 365 tenant settings and security compliance center as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

- 6-8 years of experience in Power Platform tools and Microsoft 365 environment.

- Strong command of SharePoint Online, including permissions, site provisioning, and content management.

- Experience with Power Automate flow creation, triggers, actions, and integration with Microsoft services.

- Hands-on experience in building and customizing MS Lists.

- Proficient in Power BI development, DAX, data modeling, and performance tuning.

- Experience with platform administration: user roles, governance policies, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
