We are looking for a business development executive to join our sales team. They would primarily spend time making calls, updating records on Zoho CRM and researching our prospects online.Pay: 20,000 (Fixed) + Bonus up to 5000Work from office: 9 am to 6 pm (Mon - Sat)Requirements:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHungry & energetic attitudeJob Responsibilities:The role involves managing leads on Zoho CRM and mainly includes calling them regularly to identify requirements. It may involve the following but is not limited to:Generating leadsEnriching them by browsing the internet/ calling & field visit (Field visit is mandatory for twice a week) Coordinating with the sales team and customersMaking reports for weekly meetingsRequired Skills and CompetenciesCommunication Skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to create persuasive presentations and proposals. Negotiation and Persuasion Skills Confidently handling objections and closing deals. Building win-win solutions for clients and the company. Analytical Thinking Assessing market data to identify trends and opportunities. Making informed decisions to achieve business goals. Customer-Oriented Approach Understanding client requirements and providing tailored solutions. Ensuring a positive customer experience at all stages. Networking Skills Building professional relationships with potential clients and partners. Actively participating in industry events, seminars, and conferences. Time Management and Multitasking Handling multiple clients and projects efficiently. Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and targets. Technical Knowledge (optional but preferred) Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.
