Title: Customer Service CoordinatorJob Summary:

The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily operations of the customer service department. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional service to meet customer needs. The coordinator works closely with various departments to ensure smooth communication and effective problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Support Management: Oversee and coordinate day-to-day customer service operations, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Team Supervision: Lead and motivate the customer service team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all concerns are addressed to the customer&aposs satisfaction.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, team members, and other departments to ensure timely updates and resolution of issues.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within the customer service function to increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and feedback. Prepare reports on service metrics and performance for management.
- Training and Development: Provide training to new hires and ongoing development to the team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth workflow across the organization.
