Candidate Profile * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in high-end bars, lounges, or fine dining venues. * Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and modern mixology techniques. * Creative approach to cocktail development and presentation. * Excellent communication and guest engagement skills. * Professional grooming and a passion for the craft.
