**About the Role**

We’re on the lookout for a **skilled, passionate, and inventive Mixologist** to join our dynamic team. If you bring energy, originality, and an obsession for elevating every pour, this is your stage. You’ll play a key role in creating standout cocktails and ensuring every guest experience is nothing short of exceptional.

**What You’ll Do**
- Mix and serve **high-quality cocktails and beverages** with consistency, speed, and flair
- Collaborate on the creation of a **signature cocktail menu** that reflects creativity and brand identity
- Recruit, **train and guide bar teams** to ensure excellence in service and standards
- Engage guests with **warmth, professionalism, and product knowledge**:

- Maintain a well-stocked, clean and organized bar environment
- Keep up with **industry trends, techniques, and new ingredients** to keep offerings fresh and exciting

**What You Bring**
- **4-5 years** of bartending or mixology experience in a fast-paced, high-end environment
- Deep knowledge of **spirits, liqueurs, bitters, tools, and techniques**:

- A **creative palate** and the passion to experiment with ingredients and presentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a **guest-first mindset**:

- Ability to stay cool and composed during high-pressure service periods

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
