Job Title: Mixologist

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create and prepare a diverse range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including bar tools, glassware, and ingredients.
- Engage with guests to provide recommendations, answer questions, and offer suggestions based on their preferences and tastes.
- Continuously expand and refine knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and mixology techniques to enhance the quality of service and offerings.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols, including proper handling of alcohol and compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, hospitality, and customer service at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain adequate stock of ingredients and bar essentials.
- Demonstrate creativity by developing and introducing new cocktails and seasonal specials to the menu.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and industry events to stay updated on current trends and techniques in mixology.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-volume establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers, and mixology techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for crafting exceptional drinks.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and cash handling.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (e.g., cases of beverages).
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional certifications or training in mixology or hospitality management are advantageous.
