Bartender / Mixologist

**Position**: Bartender / Mixologist

**Overview**:
Join a Singapore-based company as they open their flagship Gastrobar in Mumbai, serving curated cocktails and cuisine inspired by Singapore and Malaysia.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Beverage Preparation & Services**
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Oversee the beverage department during allocated shifts, ensuring smooth operations and efficient service.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including bar equipment, glassware, and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure stock is rotated properly.
- Assist with the development of new drink recipes and seasonal menus.

**Customer Services**
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Foster a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

**Admin & Collaborative Duties**
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer preferences.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
- Work closely with other staff members, including waitstaff and kitchen personnel, to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Assist in training new bartenders and barbacks.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume establishment is preferred.
- Knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passionate, responsible and keen for learning

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai District, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
