Job Title Community Mobilizer Manager Salary Range 15 000 - 20 000 per month We are seeking a Community Mobilizer Manager who will play a key role in driving student enrollment and ensuring effective implementation of training programs under government projects such as DDU-GKY and KYP The ideal candidate should be proactive target-driven and have strong community engagement skills Key Responsibilities 1 Student Mobilization Actively mobilize students for training programs at the center Conduct outreach activities such as door-to-door campaigns school and college visits and participation in local events 2 Project Implementation Coordinate and execute project-related activities in alignment with program guidelines Work closely with the project team to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of mobilization tasks 3 Target Achievement Meet monthly and quarterly mobilization targets as assigned by the center Develop and implement strategies to maximize student enrollments 4 Community Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders including schools NGOs and community leaders Address queries and concerns from students and parents regarding training programs 5 Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of mobilization activities candidate details and enrollment data Prepare and submit periodic progress reports to management Qualifications and Skills Experience Minimum 1-2 years in mobilization preferably in government-funded skill development projects DDU-GKY KYP etc Education Graduate in any discipline preferred in Social Work Education or related fields Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and or English Networking Excellent relationship-building and community outreach skills Target Orientation Proven ability to meet mobilization and enrollment goals Adaptability Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in vocational training or skill development programs Knowledge of local community dynamics and geography Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
