About Us Auxilium Skills Academy is committed to empowering underprivileged youth and women by providing skill-based training and career opportunities Our mission is to bridge the gap between education and employment by mobilizing communities and ensuring access to skill development programs Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and motivated Community Mobilizer to create awareness and mobilize youth and women from local communities to enroll in our skill development programs The ideal candidate will be responsible for outreach engagement and enrollment of potential students while building strong relationships with community leaders NGOs and other stakeholders Key Responsibilities Conduct community outreach programs awareness sessions and field visits to promote Auxilium Skills Academy s training courses Identify and engage with youth women and marginalized groups to encourage enrollment in skill-based training programs Collaborate with local leaders NGOs schools and government agencies to spread awareness about the academy s initiatives Organize and participate in community events workshops and campaigns to increase participation in training programs Address concerns and queries of potential students and their families regarding courses career opportunities and program benefits Maintain records of outreach activities enrollment statistics and feedback from the community Support students in the admission process and ensure retention in training programs Assist in job placement efforts by connecting trained candidates with potential employers Requirements Minimum 12th pass or Bachelor s degree in Social Work Community Development or a related field preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse community members Fluency in Konkani English and Hindi preferred Ability to travel within local areas and conduct fieldwork Passion for working with underprivileged communities and empowering youth through education Preferred Skills Experience in working with NGOs or community development projects Knowledge of vocational training programs and skill development initiatives Basic computer skills MS Office WhatsApp social media for outreach Job Type Full-time Pay From 20 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
