Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled is dedicated to empowering visually impaired disabled and underprivileged individuals across India since 1997 The Trust provides quality education accommodation nutritious food vocational training and placement-based rehabilitation to help individuals achieve personal independence Samarthanam promotes an inclusive society where everyone regardless of ability has access to development opportunities The Trust is committed to ensuring equal opportunities and improving the quality of life for people with disabilities Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Mobilizer at Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled located at Bihar and UP location The Mobilizer will be responsible for Identifying and engaging potential beneficiaries Conducting outreach activities Organizing awareness programs Building relationships with community leaders Assisting with documentation Preparing regular progress reports Supporting beneficiaries in accessing services offered by the Trust Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in community outreach and engagement Ability to organize and conduct awareness programs Documentation and reporting skills Knowledge of local languages and culture Ability to work independently and in a team Passion for working with visually impaired disabled and underprivileged communities CVs can be sent at CenterHead Delhi Samarthanam org Location Bihar and UP Job Type Full-time Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
