- Drive global investor engagement with direct CXO visibility
Job Description
- Develop and execute the company's investor relations and fundraising strategy.
- Lead all investor communications including quarterly results, earnings calls, presentations, and reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, banks, and potential capital providers.
- Drive equity and debt fundraising processes, including preparation of materials, due diligence coordination, and managing investor outreach.
- Partner with leadership to shape messaging on financial performance, strategy, and growth plans.
- Track sell-side analyst coverage, peer bench-marking, and market trends to provide insights to management.
- Support capital markets events, investor roadshows, and board-level discussions.
The Successful Applicant
- 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or investor relations with proven exposure to fundraising.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, transaction structuring, and valuation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage fundraising processes end-to-end.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to engage senior leadership, global investors, and external advisors with confidence.
- MBA/CA/CFA strongly preferred.
