Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients through cold calling, and developing relationships within the UK market. A technical understanding of industry-specific skill sets and market trends is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calls to potential clients across the UK to generate leads and set up business opportunities.
- Identify and develop relationships with key decision-makers in various industries.
- Understand technical skill sets and job market trends to effectively pitch services to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and meet business goals.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and ensure follow-ups to convert leads into long-term business relationships.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Work flexibly within the UK time zone, ensuring availability for client interactions.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a recruitment, staffing, IT, or technical services industry.
- Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
- Technical knowledge of skill sets relevant to the industry (e.g., IT, engineering, finance, or similar sectors).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have own vehicle for commuting when required.
