We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our company.

Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
