About the Role To manage all consumer and internal communication initiatives for Ferty9, including social media, digital marketing, campaign creatives, content planning, and internal engagement materials — ensuring consistent brand presence and impactful communication across all channels. Responsibilities Social Media & Digital Marketing - Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. - Develop concepts, copy, and creative briefs for posts, carousels, videos, festive wishes, topical campaigns, and promotions. - Oversee video edits for testimonials, brand stories, festive videos, and promotional content. - Coordinate with designers and editors for timely delivery and brand consistency. - Track engagement, reach, and performance; recommend optimizationsand boosting strategies. - Liaise with digital agencies or media partners for paid campaigns and ad management. Campaign Management - Plan and execute brand campaigns, promotional offers, and awareness drives across digital and offline touchpoints. - Manage creatives for ATL (print ads, posters, banners, flyers) and digital (Google, YouTube, and social ads). - Ensure consistency in messaging across Telugu and English versions. - Work with vendors for print and production requirements. Website & Content Coordination - Oversee creation and updates of website banners, blog images, and doctor profile content. - Ensure all content is SEO-friendly and visually aligned with brand guidelines. - Support new campaign launches or content uploads as required. Internal Communication - Develop quarterly newsletters, patient communication creatives, and internal campaign materials. - Manage creatives for IVF Support Group, internal announcements, and rebranding initiatives for centres. - Create templates for tent cards, posters, and WhatsApp messages used internally or for patient updates. Influencer & Media Coordination - Identify influencer collaborations for campaigns. - Coordinate content, creatives, and performance tracking with external partners. - Support YouTube, Facebook Live, and topical influencer activities. Brand Consistency & Quality Control - Maintain Ferty9’s brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all materials. - Ensure high-quality, error-free delivery of Telugu and English content. - Review and approve all creatives before release. Qualifications - Strong understanding of healthcare marketing and consumer behaviour. - Proficiency in social media marketing and digital advertising. - Excellent creative briefing, copywriting, and content planning skills. - Good command over English and Telugu. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and vendors simultaneously. - Basic understanding of ad analytics, influencer engagement, and campaign reporting. Required Skills - Strong understanding of healthcare marketing and consumer behaviour. - Proficiency in social media marketing and digital advertising. - Excellent creative briefing, copywriting, and content planning skills. - Good command over English and Telugu. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and vendors simultaneously. - Basic understanding of ad analytics, influencer engagement, and campaign reporting.
