Job Title Legal Executive Location Thalayolaparambu Company Gentleman Chit Funds Co I Pvt Ltd Employment Type Full-time About the Company Gentleman Chit Funds Co I Pvt Ltd is a well-established and trusted name in the chit fund sector providing reliable and community-focused financial solutions With decades of experience we pride ourselves on transparency customer trust and operational excellence We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Executive to support our legal and documentation processes at our Thalayolaparambu branch Key Responsibilities Assist the legal team in preparing and reviewing legal documents related to company operations particularly chit fund agreements and recovery matters Coordinate with the legal department for drafting notices affidavits and related documentation Ensure all documents are legally compliant properly maintained and filed Support in managing legal correspondences and records in an organized manner Assist in preparing materials for legal proceedings and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Liaise with internal departments to gather information and ensure proper documentation for legal processes Maintain compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements as applicable to chit fund operations Required Qualifications Graduate in any discipline except LLB - mandatory Minimum 2 years of experience in legal documentation or a similar role preferably within financial services NBFCs or chit fund companies Knowledge of legal terminology documentation standards and basic understanding of recovery-related legal procedures Candidate Requirements Female candidates only Age 25 years and above Good communication skills attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with the legal team Proficiency in Malayalam and basic English spoken and written Strong organizational and time-management skills What We Offer Competitive salary with growth opportunities Friendly and professional work environment Opportunity to gain experience in the legal and financial sectors Training and support from a well-established legal and operations team Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule Day shift Morning shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Commission pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
