Job Title Procurement and Logistics Executive We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Procurement and Logistics Executive to manage purchasing activities supplier relationships and the smooth flow of materials and goods The role involves handling procurement operations negotiating with vendors monitoring inventory and ensuring timely delivery of materials while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards Key Responsibilities Source evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost effective and quality materials services Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services Develop and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships Track and monitor shipments ensuring customs clearance documentation and on-time delivery Coordinate with internal departments finance operations projects warehouse to align procurement and logistics needs Maintain and update supplier databases contracts and purchase records Monitor inventory levels and plan replenishments as required Ensure compliance with company policies budgets and legal quality standards Resolve supplier issues delays or discrepancies in deliveries Prepare reports on procurement activities cost savings and logistics performance Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Business Administration Logistics or related field Proven experience in procurement and or logistics 2-5 years preferred Strong negotiation communication and vendor management skills Knowledge of shipping terms customs regulations and import export procedures Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Preferred Attributes Experience in your industry e g construction oil gas trading FMCG Certification in supply chain management or procurement CIPS CPSM etc is an advantage Team player with a proactive and flexible approach Job Type Full-time Pay 17 535 39 - 30 162 04 per month Ability to commute relocate Kottayam Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Logistics 3 years Required Language English Required
