About Us Jasco Handicrafts Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer and exporter of plush toys dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers worldwide With our commitment to excellence and innovation we strive to uphold the highest standards of quality safety social responsibility and compliance in everything we do Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team The Compliance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that our plush toy manufacturing operations comply with all relevant regulations standards and industry best practices with a focus on both social and quality compliance aspects Key Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain compliance policies procedures and guidelines to ensure adherence to all applicable laws regulations and industry standards related to social compliance e g labor rights ethical sourcing fair trade and quality compliance e g product safety quality control testing Conduct regular audits and assessments of manufacturing processes facilities and products to identify compliance risks and areas for improvement in both social and quality compliance domains Stay updated on changes in regulations and standards related to toy manufacturing social compliance and quality assurance and ensure that our practices remain in compliance Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production quality assurance human resources and supply chain management to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions Provide training and support to employees on compliance requirements procedures and best practices related to both social and quality compliance Manage relationships with regulatory agencies industry associations and third-party auditors to facilitate compliance activities certifications and social compliance audits Monitor and track compliance metrics and performance indicators related to both social and quality compliance to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Law Engineering or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance management preferably in the plush or garment industry Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards related to toy manufacturing social compliance e g SMETA SCAN GVS etc and quality assurance e g ASTM F963 EN71 Experience conducting compliance audits assessments and investigations in both social and quality compliance domains Job Type Full-time Pay 29 670 76 - 35 141 21 per month Benefits Paid time off Provident Fund Experience garment plush industry 4 years Preferred Work Location In person
