Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to finding and attracting top talent.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the company culture.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various sourcing methods.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

- 1-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates skills and qualifications effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
