We manage sales, marketing, project design, and technical support for professional and residential markets. Our team members are located across the region, acting as a regional sales and support office. In India, we directly distribute Optimal Audio, LEA Professional, Sonance Professional, HH Audio, NST Audio, SurgeX and iMAGsystems. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager - Corporate AV Systems located in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, conducting market analysis, and building strong customer relationships. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with the marketing team, providing project design support, and delivering technical support to clients. Qualifications - Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in the audio and video industry - Proficiency in developing marketing strategies and conducting market analysis - Technical expertise in project design and delivering technical support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field - Experience in managing sales for professional and residential audio-visual systems is an advantage - AVIXA CTS or CEDIA certifications would be an added bonus.
