As we build the future of fractional sales infrastructure, your mission will be to make CoS a household name in the global startup and sales ecosystem. You will be the Brand Architect, responsible for everything from our social media presence to high-converting ad campaigns and organic growth. Key Responsibilities - Social Media Management: End-to-end management of our platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter). Crafting the voice of CoS and engaging with the global sales community. - Performance Marketing: Planning, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive high-quality leads. - Creative Content Production: Designing visually stunning creatives, carousels, and video snippets (reels/shorts) that simplify complex sales concepts. - SEO & Organic Growth: Managing on-page and off-page SEO strategies to ensure CoS ranks at the top for fractional sales and expert advisory searches. - Analytics & Reporting: Tracking growth metrics, conversion rates, and ROI on marketing spend to constantly iterate on our strategy. - Full-Stack Digital Execution: Handling email marketing, newsletter distribution, and overall brand consistency across the web. Candidate Requirements - Location: Must be based in Lucknow (This is an on-site role). - Equipment: Must own a high-performance laptop capable of handling design and marketing software. - Expertise: Proven experience in running successful paid campaigns and managing professional social media accounts. - Passion: A genuine marketing nerd who stays ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and AI marketing tools. - Communication: Exceptional copywriting skills in English. - Availability:Immediate joiner preferred.
