Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business leads and converting potential customers into clients by pitching Overdraft (OD) and Personal Loan (PL) products over the phone. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and target-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. The role involves making 300+ outbound calls daily, engaging with prospective customers, understanding their financial needs, and convincing them to avail OD/PL services. Key Responsibilities 1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation Make 300+ outbound calls daily to potential customers from company-provided data. Explain the benefits and features of OD and PL products in a clear and engaging manner. Understand customer requirements and assess their eligibility for financial products. Follow-up with prospects to maximize conversions. 2. Sales Pitching & Conversion Deliver a strong and persuasive sales pitch to generate business opportunities. Convince customers to apply for OD/PL by explaining advantages, repayment options, and eligibility criteria. Cross-sell related financial products where appropriate. Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs consistently. 3. Customer Handling & Relationship Management Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with potential and existing customers. Handle queries, doubts, and objections effectively to gain customer trust. Provide accurate information about product terms, interest rates, processing fees, and documentation requirements. Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction. 4. Database & CRM Management Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the company CRM system. Update customer details regularly for future follow-ups. Ensure data confidentiality and comply with company policies on customer information security. 5. Coordination & Teamwork Coordinate with team leaders, managers, and back-office staff to ensure smooth loan processing. Share feedback on market trends, customer responses, and competitor activities. Participate in daily huddles, performance reviews, and training sessions. Collaborate with the team to improve scripts, pitching strategies, and closing techniques. Required Skills & Competencies 1. Sales & Negotiation Skills Strong ability to persuade, influence, and convince customers effectively. Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills to close sales successfully. Capability to understand customer psychology and adapt the pitch accordingly. 2. Communication Skills Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, or regional languages. Clear and confident speaking tone with active listening skills. Ability to explain financial products in a simple, understandable manner. 3. Target Orientation Self-motivated and focused on achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Comfortable working in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment. Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain consistent productivity. 4. Technical Skills Basic knowledge of banking products such as OD, PL, and other retail loan offerings. Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and dialer systems. Comfortable working with company-provided software and digital platforms. Educational Qualifications Minimum Requirement: 12th Pass or Diploma in any stream. Preferred Qualification: Graduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
