Job Role Overview

As a DevOps Engineer at Rupeeq, you will bridge the gap between development and operations. You'll be responsible for building, deploying, automating, and managing our cloud infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and security of our fintech platforms.

Key Responsibilities


•   Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable releases.


•   Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and monitoring.


•   Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance.


•   Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).


•   Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies.


•   Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues.


•   Enhance system security by implementing best practices in DevOps and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications


•   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.


•   2–5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or cloud engineering.


•   Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and scripting (Bash, Python, or Shell).


•   Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions).


•   Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.


•   Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).


•   Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible).


•   Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile teams.

Preferred Skills


•   Experience in fintech or financial services industry.


•   Knowledge of microservices architecture.


•   Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
