Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats to address customer queries.
- Provide accurate information about products/services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and update necessary databases/CRM.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain quality service standards.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
- Meet performance targets such as response time, quality, and productivity.
- Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu and English. All of these languages are mandatory.
