Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative ( SDR), you will focus on driving high-quality pipelines through a mix of outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. You'll be responsible for engaging prospects, building relationships, and setting up qualified opportunities for our Account Executive team. This role is ideal for someone with strong SDR experience who can consistently exceed activity and pipeline targets, experiment with new outreach strategies, and act as a high-performing individual contributor in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

ZenTrades is a growing product startup with a strong foundation in delivering AI-powered SaaS solutions (CRM + ERP) for Field Service Management. Our core focus is towards creating the future of Field Service Management, where trade service professionals will effortlessly harness the power of technology to streamline their operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive growth, thereby revolutionizing the trade services industry operations. ZenTrades founding team comprises young engineers from top-tier universities such as UW Madison, and UC Berkeley alumni with solid domain knowledge having built top-notch products and implemented them at Fortune 500 companies.

The team is headquartered in Seattle, US and has its office in Pune, MH. With its robust CRM+ERP platform featuring a modular software architecture and integrated Generative AI capabilities, ZenTrades delivers a trade-specific operating system that caters to the unique needs of each trade. ZenTrades empowers tradesmen with an AI assistant, LISA (co-pilot), to enhance their sales and service capabilities using Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

Three primary responsibilities :

- Identifying new sales leads
- Pitching products and/or services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

Other Day-to-day Duty Includes

- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
- Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
- Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, and appointments.
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting

Skills And Qualifications

- Experience with lead generation and prospect management
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all-day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Demonstrated and proven sales results
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client

Annual CTC: 550,000.00 to - 8,50,000.00 /year [ For Experience Candidates, based on your interview, industry standards will be maintained while giving you the hike]
