Position Summary The Construction Sales professional will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new clients converting leads and promoting MyScaai Bharat Construction s services for residential villa and turnkey projects The role focuses on achieving sales targets through strong client engagement market intelligence and coordination with internal teams to deliver customized construction solutions that align with the client s vision and budget Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through lead follow-up referrals and networking Conduct client meetings understand requirements and present suitable design and construction proposals Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for construction interior and turnkey projects Manage end-to-end sales process from inquiry generation to project handover Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead quality digital campaigns and conversion strategy Maintain accurate client data leads and project status updates in CRM Prepare and present customized quotations proposals and technical presentations Coordinate with the architecture and operations teams for design estimation and project feasibility discussions Conduct site visits with clients ensuring clarity on design scope and project timelines Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business Stay updated on competitor offerings market trends and construction industry developments Key Skills Competencies Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills Strong understanding of residential and villa construction processes Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets Good knowledge of project estimation costing and client consultation CRM and sales funnel management proficiency Self-motivated target-driven and customer-focused approach Qualifications Experience Education Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Business Administration or related field MBA Sales Marketing Experience 3-10 years in construction or real estate sales preferably residential or turnkey projects Preferred Industry Construction Interiors Real Estate Development Job Type Full-time Pay 18 627 81 - 95 237 74 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
