Job Description Position:- Senior Manager- Accounts We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with a strong background in account to oversee our financial operations, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing accounting processes, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and driving operational efficiency. Eligibility: - 8-12 years of experience in handling accounting with compliances, he/she should be from freight forwarding industry only. Education: - B.com/ M.com, PGDM/ MBA in Finance. Office Location:- B Block, Okhla Phase II, New Delhi-1100020 Key Responsibilities :- Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and central financial regulations, including GST, TDS, and other tax laws. Prepare and file statutory returns on time. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making. Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and compliance reports for stakeholders. Risk Management: Monitor and mitigate financial risks by implementing robust internal controls and compliance checks. Core competencies:- Accounting compliances: Thorough knowledge of handling accounting compliances like GST Filing & General Accounting, GST Filing (Returns, Payments, Reconciliation), TDS/TCS Compliance (Deduction, Payment & Filing of Returns), Income Tax Filing (Advance Tax, Annual Return).
