About the Role In this role, you will: - Lead and manage creative and brand briefs with clarity and direction - Create and post social media content that’s visually compelling and tonally spot-on - Translate brand tone of voice into thumb-stopping content across platforms - Ideate and pitch campaign ideas that are brave, bold, and insight-led - Use tools to track, analyse and report performance (and know how to turn numbers into narratives) - Prepare standout pitch decks, presentations and campaign calendars - Manage timelines, client expectations and internal workflows with calm efficiency - Bring positive, collaborative energy to the team every single day Bonus if you: - Worked in an agency earlier, specially on Personal Branding Clients or Artists. - Have experience across both digital and traditional media - Think like a creative, plan like a strategist, and hustle like an entrepreneur Required Skills We work across disciplines, so you’ll wear many hats but always with heart.
