Convert walk-ins and inquiries into successful admissions. Plan and execute promotional activities to raise awareness about TOPS courses, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to admission. Schedule batches for various courses offered by TOPS, keeping track of course timelines and updates. Address and resolve student queries, ensuring client satisfaction and a positive experience. Manage branch cash and cheque deposits in a timely manner. Motivate branch staff to achieve quarterly and yearly targets, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment. Oversee and maintain branch operations, including business-related and performance tracking reports. Ensure systematic tracking of inquiries, admissions, and overall business progress. *Eligibility Criteria:* Education: Graduate in any stream. Sales Experience o Strong verbal and written communication skills. o Basic computer knowledge, especially in MS Word and Excel. o Proficient keyboarding skills. o Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management. o Pleasant personality with a soft-spoken and approachable demeanor.
