Role Description The Field Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, presenting Bharath Cloud's portfolio of services, and driving sales efforts to achieve targets. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer requirements, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Field Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams for effective service delivery and strategize to expand market reach and improve revenue growth. Timely reporting and consistent market analysis are also part of the daily tasks. Qualifications - Sales and Business Development skills: Proven ability in lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets. - Knowledge of Cloud Services and IT Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud computing services such as cloud hosting, public/private cloud, and cloud migration solutions. - Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills: Proficiency in building and maintaining customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and effective presentation skills. - Organizational and Analytical skills: Capability to plan strategic sales approaches, analyze market trends, and prepare detailed reports. - Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of cloud environments and the ability to explain technical solutions to clients in simple terms. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field is preferred. - Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Experience in the cloud services industry or IT sector is a plus.
