Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Field Sales Executive. The role involves identifying and onboarding new clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and promoting Paytm products and services. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, addressing customer needs, and providing support to ensure a positive customer experience. Regular reporting and analysis of customer feedback and market trends will also be a part of daily tasks, along with coordination with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth. Qualifications - Proficiency in customer engagement, relationship-building, and client communication - Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets - Understanding of digital payments, financial products, and market analysis - Proficiency in time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently in an on-site environment and adapt to diverse challenges - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Prior experience in field sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage - Familiarity with the local market in Chennai and fluency in Tamil is beneficial
