
Sales Development Representative

This would be a key role in expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualifying Leads - Evaluate potential customers to determine their needs, budget, and decision-making authority to assess if they are a good fit for the company's offerings.
- Initial Outreach and Engagement: Make initial contact with potential customers via phone, email, or other channels to introduce the company and its products or services.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the potential customer's challenges, goals, and requirements.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential customers to build trust and rapport.
- Information Gathering: Collect and document relevant information about potential customers, their needs, and their interactions with the company.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics), Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- 0-1 years in similar role.
- Knowledge of Kannada is mandatory
- Experience in the solar industry is preferred.
Skills and Attributes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical solutions in a clear and simple manner.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite and CRM tools.
