Job Title Category Manager - E-commerce Experience Required 6-7 Years Location Thane W About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Category Manager with 6-7 years of experience in managing the categories across leading e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon Flipkart Myntra etc The ideal candidate should be analytical strategic and hands-on with data-driven decision-making possessing strong Excel skills and a deep understanding of category growth levers in the e-commerce domain Key Responsibilities Develop implement category strategies including product assortment planning pricing promotions and inventory management Build and maintain relationships with marketplace category teams Amazon Flipkart Myntra to drive visibility marketing initiatives and business growth Conduct regular category performance analysis market research and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities Collaborate with internal teams Supply Chain Operations Marketing Design for seamless execution of category plans Drive new product launches seasonal campaigns and promotional events on marketplaces Optimize product listings SEO Content A Pages to enhance visibility and conversion rates Track key KPIs like sales margins stock turns and improve category profitability Utilize advanced Excel functions Pivot Tables VLOOKUP Data Analysis tools for reporting and decision-making Monitor marketplace algorithms trends and platform changes to stay ahead in the competitive landscape Requirements 6-7 years of proven experience in Category Management in E-commerce preferably in Footwear Fashion or Lifestyle segments Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon Seller Central Flipkart Seller Hub Myntra Partner Portal Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Data Visualization etc Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and strong negotiation skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to handle multiple categories and projects in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of e-commerce merchandising SEO optimization and marketplace algorithms is a plus Preferred Qualifications Master s Degree in Business Marketing or related field Job Type Full-time Pay 70 000 00 - 85 000 00 per month Application Question s How many years of experience do you have in Category Management within the E-commerce industry Which e-commerce marketplaces have you worked with Amazon Flipkart Myntra etc Are you proficient in Amazon Seller Central Flipkart Seller Hub and Myntra Partner Portal Do you have experience in SEO optimization and content enhancement for marketplace listings Have you managed category P L responsibilities before Work Location In person
