Job Description Category Lead As a Category Lead at Mosaic Wellness, you'll be instrumental in building and growing an entire business category. This means you'll own the full spectrum, from crafting relatable propositions and designing superior customer journeys to optimizing pre- and post-purchase experiences. You'll drive revenue growth and ensure strong customer retention. Key Responsibilities: Consumer Insights: - Maintain a deep understanding of consumer behavior, triggers, barriers, and trends within your category. - Champion a consumer-first mindset in all aspects of narrative building, platform development, communication, and customer engagement. - Utilize consumer insights to build relatable propositions and enhance the overall customer experience. Consumer Journeys: - Build and own funnels for both pre- and post-purchase customer journeys. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling narratives, creatives, and messaging to improve funnel performance. - Continuously optimize conversion funnels through A/B testing, consumer segmentation, and other analytical techniques. - Iterate on internal tools and software to consistently improve the customer experience. - Monitor key metrics and refine funnels to achieve business goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Operations to align strategies and execution plans. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities. Continuous Improvement: - Stay abreast of industry and category trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Demonstrate a relentless determination and willingness to experiment, iterate, and adapt strategies based on results. Required Skills: - A consumer-first mindset with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics, and the ability to translate core customer insights into relatable narratives/campaigns. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make informed decisions using visualization and analytical tools. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results with a sense of urgency. - Demonstrated hustle, ownership mentality, and determination to overcome challenges and achieve goals. Qualifications & Experience: - 6+ years of relevant experience. - Experience in marketing, developing propositions for consumers, and working on 0-to-1 phases is highly valuable. - Exposure to category management (e-commerce, D2C). - Experience as an entrepreneur who has built their own business is an added plus.
