Leadership development is a core area of strength. - Data-Driven Insights: You are an expert in gathering employee experience data to derive people strategies and management directions. Your insights will help us create a workplace where talent feels valued and engaged. - Strategic Direction: You actively drive data insights to underpin arguments and define strategic direction for our people strategy and talent projects. By tracking emerging trends, you will ensure our talent programs stay relevant and forward-looking. - Collaboration with Siemens Corporate: You work closely with Siemens Corporate to manage global service level agreements, ensuring high-quality deliverables, cost transparency, and continuous improvement. Your ideas will help us innovate and optimize.
