As the SEO and SMO Specialist at Jelecon Jewel, you will be responsible for optimizing our online presence to enhance visibility, drive traffic, and increase brand awareness across various digital platforms. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. - Conduct keyword research, analyze competitor websites, and identify opportunities for optimization. - Optimize website content, including product descriptions, meta tags, and URLs, to improve search engine visibility and user experience. - Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and generate regular reports on key metrics. - Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure compliance with best practices and maximize SEO effectiveness. - Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on search engines and social media platforms to drive targeted traffic and conversions. - Develop and execute SMO strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. - Create compelling social media content, including posts, images, and videos, to attract and engage our target audience. - Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and reviews. - Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align SEO and SMO efforts with overall business objectives. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. - Proven experience as an SEO and SMO Specialist, with a strong track record of improving search engine rankings and driving engagement on social media platforms. - In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and keyword research tools. - Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO/SMO analytics tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for websites and social media platforms. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. - Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a willingness to experiment with new strategies and tactics. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines. **Benefits**: - Competitive salary commensurate with experience. - Comprehensive health insurance package. - Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. - Employee discounts on Jelecon Jewel products. - Friendly and collaborative work environment.
