Job Description Key Responsibilities - Mission-Driven Impact: Develop and execute global talent strategies that support organizational growth and sustainability. - Sustainable Rail Solutions: Partner with business leaders to identify evolving skill requirements in the rail sector and align talent initiatives accordingly. - Global Collaboration: Work across countries and cultures, providing expertise in talent management and development to international teams. - Talent Development Expertise: Drive end-to-end talent development initiatives, including leadership development, succession planning, and learning programs. - Comprehensive Talent Programs: Manage global talent initiatives to ensure quality placements, capability development, and alignment with business goals. - Training and Enablement: Equip regional P&O colleagues with tools and training to implement corporate talent programs effectively. - Strategic Decision-Making: Support executive leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations for talent management strategies. - Career Development Support: Facilitate career conversations and provide coaching for leaders to enhance growth and performance. - Data-Driven Insights: Leverage employee experience data to inform people strategies and improve engagement and retention. - Collaboration with Siemens Corporate: Maintain strong alignment with global HR teams, ensuring consistent service quality and continuous improvement across talent programs.
