Job Title Production Manager- Chemical Industry - Gujarat We are seeking a seasoned Production Manager to lead the manufacturing operations in our chemical production facility The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of hands-on experience in plant operations commissioning and process optimization in the chemical and agrochemical industry This role demands strong leadership process control expertise and a deep understanding of safety and quality standards Job Responsibility Manage day-to-day operations of the chemical plant to ensure production targets quality standards and safety compliance are met Lead plant commissioning vertical startups and oversee new project implementation and capacity enhancement initiatives Supervise a team of engineers and operators ensure optimal man-material management Analyze and troubleshoot process issues monitor critical plant parameters and implement corrective actions promptly Drive OEE Overall Equipment Effectiveness improvement Ensure full compliance with GPCB PSM HAZOP HIRA BBS and other regulatory and internal safety frameworks Coordinate campaign changeovers and batch-to-continuous process transitions Manage SOPs P ID updates plant data records and ensure SAP-based operations are efficiently handled Lead customer-centric quality compliance and complaint resolution processes Key Skills Key Skills Proven ability in new project execution P ID updation and handling hazardous materials Target Industry Chemical Industry Mandatory 10 years in chemical process industries Processes Hands-on with nitration chlorination hydrogenation and distillation Gender Male Experience 10 yrs Job Location Dahej Gujarat Working Days 6 days Qualification B E B Tech in Chemical Engineering Notice Period Immediate to 30 days Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 155 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Application Question s current salary expected salary notice period less than 30 days needed Do you have experience in chemical industry Do you have experience in Hands-on with nitration chlorination hydrogenation and distillation Work Location In person
