Accounts Stores Manager Location Dahej Gujarat Experience 4-8 Years Job Type Full-time On-site Company Profile Polyols Polymers Pvt Ltd is a 30 year-old company engaged in the manufacture and export of resins polymers based in Vapi Gujarat With over 85 of its business in exports and distributors across six continents the company serves leading brands in the Adhesives Surface Coatings Paints and Rubber industries P P is now expanding its manufacturing base at Dahej with a new 15 000 sq m facility to enhance existing product lines and introduce new polymer solutions for global markets About the Role We are seeking an Accounts Stores Manager to oversee day-to-day operations maintain financial and inventory records ensure compliance and manage coordination between internal departments suppliers and service providers The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP systems and inventory management along with strong organizational and communication skills Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily plant and administrative operations Maintain operational and compliance records as per company and statutory requirements Manage attendance records for staff and third-party service providers security housekeeping etc Coordinate with transporters and arrange logistics and transportation as per dispatch schedules Manage ancillary service providers and ensure timely availability of support services Maintain and monitor inventory of raw materials packing materials consumables stationery staff gear and engineering spares Handle inward and outward material records gate passes and ensure proper documentation Maintain petty cash records and support payment summary preparation for vendors Record and reconcile purchase invoices goods receipt and issue transactions in Tally ERP Liaise with suppliers local authorities and logistics partners for smooth day-to-day operations Prepare periodic MIS reports for management review on material movement cash flow and compliance Required Skills Strong knowledge of Tally and ERP systems preferably manufacturing ERP Good understanding of inventory control storekeeping and accounting principles Excellent coordination and communication skills Strong record-keeping documentation and reporting abilities Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets for report preparation Ability to multitask and handle operational challenges independently Knowledge of transport coordination and vendor management preferred Qualifications Graduate in Commerce Business Administration or a related field 4-8 years of experience in Accounts Stores or Plant Administration roles manufacturing preferred Salary 25 000 - 40 000 per month commensurate with experience and skills Why Join Us Opportunity to work with a global leader in specialty resins and polymers Exposure to cross-functional plant and administrative operations Stable growth-oriented company with long-term prospects Supportive work environment and performance-based progression Job Type Full-time Schedule Day shift Monday to Saturday Work Location On-site Dahej Gujarat Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
